Responsibilities:
Customer service in-store, by phone, and via email.
Sales support and order monitoring.
Data and document entry in the company’s ERP system.
Basic product presentation and showroom support.
Coordination with the warehouse, accounting department, and other departments.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of higher education.
Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Previous experience in sales or customer service will be considered an asset.
Excellent command of English is required.
